We are delighted to have acquired this stunning Hans Price library on the Boulevard in Weston-Super-Mare. It is a listed building with planning permission to create 22 apartments. The work will involve building an extension over the third floor to create a fourth level, demolishing single storey extensions and creating a new facade at the back.

This former delapidated listed stone barn, situated in a conservation area and AONB, was lovingly restored into a beautiful character Cotswold cottage. Working with skilled local experts and craftsmen, we achieved an innovative build, meeting all of the conservation and planning requirements.
